Shipping of Products
We process your order within 24 hours and will ship within 2-5 working days.
Our products can be shipped by Japan Post, DHL or FedEx.
All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on weight & your shipping country.

Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 2-10 days after we shipped.

The delivery of ordered products may be delayed and take longer than ordinarily expected due to a natural disaster, war, incident, accident, etc., or depending on the status of customs inspection, etc.

Depending on the country or area to which the ordered product is shipped, customs duties, etc. (import tax, value-added tax, customs fees, etc.) may need to be paid separately. In such case, the user must bear such customs duties, etc.

Payment
The amount payable for the purchase of a product is the total of the price of such product and the shipping charges therefor.

Return, Exchange and cancelation
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 10 days after receiving your order to return the item for an exchange, refund or store credit. Every inquiry must be sent by email to info-s@xeno-net.shop. Please indicate what you are returning and why.
In order for us to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the name of the items that you're returning. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the unwanted item back to us. Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund.
All personalized items are made to order so, unfortunately, these orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must be returned folded in the original packaging.

In the event that a product is damaged during shipping, please contact customer service at info-s@xeno-net.shop and send a detailed photo of the damage with the order number.

Customers can cancel an order until it is dispatched (please contact us as soon as possible). We try to ensure that all product information is accurate and complete, and that the photographs clearly indicate the shape, color and details of each item. Because orders are shipped internationally, exchanges cannot be made due to customer error.

Refund
We will refund the customer within 2 business days after having received the returned items. The refund will be proceed on the same account that was used for the purchase.
